Framework agreement for the supply of wood-based materials, paints and materials for covering walls, doors and windows, glass and mirrors, floor coverings and related articles, welding materials and adhesives, materials for construction works in accordance with the terms of reference. The number of days within which requests for clarification can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders is: up to the 18th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification or additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. If these deadlines fall on non-working days, the authority will respond on the last working day before the respective deadline. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://e-licitatie.ro/pub)
