Through the procurement of tool kits and vehicle equipment, the following will be ensured: the safe, efficient and compliant performance of PRAM, MT-JT, IT, LEA and MOP verification, operation and maintenance activities, guaranteeing the availability of adequate equipment for on-site operational interventions. Estimated minimum and maximum quantities of framework agreements: In accordance with the quantity annexes relating to Lot 1 and Lot 2, attached to this documentation. Estimated minimum and maximum quantities of subsequent contracts: In accordance with the quantity annexes relating to Lot 1 and Lot 2, attached to this documentation. Frequency of subsequent contracts to be awarded: In accordance with the award documentation, namely one subsequent contract per year. Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract relating to Lot 1 – Kits for electricians and vehicles: 3.807.568,16 Lei excl. VAT. Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract relating to Lot 2 – Tool kits for electricians: 5.067.587,71 Lei excl. VAT. The maximum number of lots that can be awarded to a tenderer is: 2. The contracting entity will respond clearly to all requests for clarification or additional information by the 11th day, before the deadline set for the submission of participation requests, in accordance with art. 173 (1) of Law 99/2016, as amended. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of participation requests/offer: 19 days. Any requests for clarification of the award documentation will be sent to the email address: [email protected]. The consolidated response to any requests for clarification of the award documentation will be published in SEAP. The contracting entity reserves the right to transmit two consolidated responses for each stage in part, in accordance with the provisions of art. 172 (2) and art. 173 (1) of Law No. 99/2016, as follows: – a first consolidated response, sent no later than the 11th day before the initial deadline for the submission of participation requests/offer; – a second consolidated response, sent no later than the 11th day before the modified deadline for the submission of participation requests/offer, in the event that the deadline for the submission of participation requests/offer is extended, under the conditions of art. 163 of Law No. 99/2016.
