The subject of the public contract is the repeated and ongoing supply of tests, consumables and reagents needed for laboratory analyses (hereinafter also referred to as "goods") based on the contractor's orders according to his current needs. The subject of the public contract also includes the free loan of the necessary technology, consisting of analysers connected to an automatic line or freestanding, the automatic line and IT solution (i.e. middleware) (hereinafter also referred to as "equipment"), all according to Annex No. 2 of the set – Technical Conditions of Loan, including their servicing and maintenance for the entire duration of the purchase agreement.
