Description

The subject of the competition is the development of the concept of the permanent exhibition entitled "Kashubian Borderland" located at the Styp-Rekowski Estate in Płotowo, including: a. the arrangement of the external space of the estate, including the layout of communication between the objects, exhibition elements in the external space, information boards, and models - in particular, the information board in front of the entrance, with the name of the museum, and boards or models presenting the wooden customs building (German) and the brick customs building (Polish), models with border stones/border stones following the Treaty of Versailles settlements, b. the arrangement of the inventory building, including the entrance zone with an information point and souvenir shop, an exhibition hall with an infokiosk with a set of historical maps and thematic panels, c. the arrangement of the manor house in the scope determined by the competition guidelines constituting Annex No. 1 to this regulation, d. a coherent narrative concept of the exhibition taking into account the cultural heritage of the Kashubian Borderland, including the history of the land of Bytów from the Middle Ages to the beginning of the 20th century. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the competition is contained in the competition guidelines constituting Annex No. 1 to the regulation. 3. The prize in the competition is an invitation to the winner to negotiate in the free-hand order procedure pursuant to art. 214(1)(4) of the Public Procurement Law (PZP) in conjunction with art. 326(2) of the PZP. The subject of the service will be the implementation of the permanent exhibition in accordance with the selected competition work and Annex No. 1 to this regulation. 4. Study works and competition works can be submitted in electronic form (adapted to the capabilities of the e-Ordering platform) or in physical form. NOTE: it must not be possible to determine who the Competition Participant is from any data provided on the packaging or otherwise attached to the physical part. It is suggested that the physical part be submitted through a third party, not obviously related to the Competition Participant.
