Sansia Oy is establishing a dynamic procurement system through which single-use and multiple-use diathermy supplies for use in healthcare will be procured on a per-client basis. Diathermy equipment is not included in this procurement. This is a call for participation in the procurement. Diathermy supplies for use in healthcare will be procured through the dynamic procurement system (DPS). The product groups to be procured include, for example: - diathermy equipment accessories (excluding diathermy equipment) - smoke evacuation supplies - monopolar, bipolar and neutral electrodes - diathermy electrode accessories - cautery pencils and cautery supplies. The products subject to this procurement can be used in various different applications and surgical specialties. Sansia Oy reserves the right to procure other diathermy supplies suitable for use in healthcare through the dynamic procurement system, in addition to those mentioned above. All Sansia's owner-customers (up-to-date list https://www.sansia.fi/yritys/omistajat.html) may use this dynamic procurement system. Suppliers may apply to participate in the system for the entire duration of the system by submitting an application to participate. A candidate may submit an application to participate in the system, even if not all the product groups listed above as examples are included in the candidate's product range. Applying to participate in the system does not mean automatic participation in procurements. Only candidates accepted into the system have the right to submit tenders in the procurement phase. The procurement-specific requirements, descriptions and other documents will be available to suppliers accepted into the dynamic system at the time the procurement is opened. Tenders may not be submitted for existing contracts, i.e. procurements that have already been tendered, until the procurement is reopened. The products to be tendered, the minimum requirements set for the products and other minimum requirements and conditions relating to the subject of the procurement, as well as the clients, will always be defined separately according to the needs of each case in each call for tenders issued within the procurement system. The dynamic procurement system will end on 31.8.2036.
