This notice serves to conclude agreements with pharmaceutical companies pursuant to Section 130a (8) sentence 1 SGB V. The invitation to participate is addressed solely to pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of employees of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs pursuant to Section 4 (18) of the Medicinal Products Act. This is not an Open Procedure pursuant to Section 15 VgV in conjunction with Section 119 (3) GWB, but rather a publication of the invitation to conclude/join discount contracts with conditions fixed for all participants and non-negotiable, including the level of the discount. There may be an unlimited number of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs or associations of employees of pharmaceutical entrepreneurs pursuant to Section 4 (18) of the Medicinal Products Act as contracting partners.
