The purpose of the contract is to provide training services for the development of soft skills for the staff of the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) in Madrid. II.2.4) Description of the procurement

The purpose of the contract is to provide training services for the development of soft skills for the staff of the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) in Madrid. The training will be delivered in the form of workshops, seminars, and online courses. The contract will cover a period of 36 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 12 months.

The training will focus on the following areas:

- Communication skills

- Leadership and management

- Teamwork and collaboration

- Problem-solving and decision-making

- Time management and organisation

- Adaptability and resilience

The training services will be provided in English and Spanish. The training will be tailored to the specific needs of the EUSPA staff and will be delivered by experienced trainers with expertise in the relevant areas.

- Reporting on training activities

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who demonstrates the best value for money, taking into account the quality of the training services, the experience and expertise of the trainers, and the price.
