- a fixed-price ordinary part: The services known as "Core Services", carried out on a lump-sum basis and treated as a global and lump-sum price, are remunerated by applying the global and lump-sum price;

- a subsequent contracts part: The services known as "Subsequent Services", carried out following the conclusion of subsequent contracts, in accordance with Articles R.2162-7 to R.2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code, are treated as a global and lump-sum price, within the following financial limits:
