Finland – Fitness equipments – Kuntosalilaitteet DPS

The North Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County (hereinafter Pohde) is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter DPS) to procure the goods or services described in this invitation to participate and its annexes for the needs of Pohde, the Central Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County (Soite) and the Lapland Wellbeing Services County (Lapha). The purchasing unit will tender the procurements through separate internal tenders within the DPS, to which suppliers accepted into the system may participate. The purchasing unit will accept into the system all candidates who have submitted an application for participation and who meet the suitability requirements set for candidates. The procurement process of the DPS is described in more detail in the annex to the invitation to participate entitled "DPS Procurement Process Description". The subject of the procurement is fitness equipment and fitness accessories. The dynamic purchasing system is divided in the establishment phase into five mutually independent sub-lots: 1. Fitness equipment with pneumatic resistance 2. Fitness equipment with weight resistance 3. Motorized restorers for institutional and home use 4. Fitness room heating and cardiology equipment 5. Other fitness and therapy accessories The purchasing unit has the right to procure fitness equipment outside the dynamic purchasing system if necessary, for example through separate tenders, direct procurements or on the basis of existing agreements, within the framework of the procurement act. Procurements are made within the dynamic purchasing system through separate calls for tenders. The dynamic purchasing system is valid until 31.12.2031, unless otherwise notified by a separate notice. The use of electronic auctions in internal tenders is possible.
