Slovenia – Installation services (except software) – Obnova plinskih detektorjev metana na Kompresorski postaji Ajdovščina (ponovljeno naročilo)

The subject of the contract is the renovation of methane gas detectors at the Ajdovščina Compressor Station. Due to the obsolescence of the stationary methane gas detectors manufactured by Oldham (Teledyne/Oldham Simtronics), it is necessary to replace the existing detectors with newer, equivalent detectors, as installed in the building of the third compressor unit Ajdovščina, and which allow connection to the existing system (power supply 15-30 VDC, output signal 4–20 mA) without intervention in the control system of the compressor station and are intended for the detection of methane with a measurement range of 0–100 % LEL. It is recommended to replace the detectors with detectors from the manufacturer Oldham or with technically equivalent equipment, namely with a model that has succeeded the series of existing gas detectors of the system for detecting and reporting the presence of flammable gases and vapours. The methane gas detectors will be replaced in 2026 in the premises of the first and second compressor units, the border-regulating station and the boiler room of the Ajdovščina Compressor Station. It is desirable to provide a unified detection system that allows operation without intervention in the existing control system of the Ajdovščina Compressor Station. Upon installation of the new gas detectors, initial calibration, testing of operation and issuance of relevant certificates of flawless operation, valid until 2027, will be carried out. The subject of the contract also includes the performance of annual inspections and maintenance of methane gas detectors in the period up to 31. 12. 2031.
