Romania – Motor vehicles – Leasing operațional auto

The subject of the contract is the operational leasing of vehicles, in accordance with the specifications of the Statement of Work. The deadline for receiving requests for clarification: 18 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, in accordance with Articles 160 and 161 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended and supplemented. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, once, on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 160 and 161 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended and supplemented. The contracting authority will respond only to requests for clarification submitted by interested economic operators through the SEAP, by the deadline set for the submission of requests for clarification.
