Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Rabattverträge 2026-15

The statutory health insurers (whether HEK and/or hkk participate in the respective lot will be determined by the designation of the respective lot) aim to conclude rebate agreements pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substances, active substance combinations or dosage forms, strengths or finished medicinal products named in the respective lot title. The medicinal products subject to the contract are - unless the contract provides for exceptions - always all interchangeable finished medicinal products of the contracting partner pursuant to the framework agreement on medicinal products supply pursuant to Section 129 (2) SGB V. The contract is concluded within the framework of the open-house procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The statutory health insurers do not guarantee any exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months, commencing at the earliest on 01.11.2026 (possibly deviating start dates result from the information for the corresponding lot). The contract ends at the latest on 31.10.2028 (possible exceptions result from the information for the corresponding lot), irrespective of the date of contract conclusion. Joining this open-house procedure is possible at any time during the contract period. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
