Denmark – Furniture (incl. office furniture), furnishings, domestic appliances (excl. lighting) and cleaning products – Offentligt udbud vedr. anskaffelse af inventar til Erhvervsakademi Aarhus

The contracting authority is awarding a framework agreement (hereinafter "the Agreement") for the procurement of furniture for office environments, meeting rooms, teaching spaces, canteens, and study and lounge areas at the existing educational institutions of Erhvervsakademi Aarhus. The locations covered by the Agreement are as follows:

• Erhvervsakademi Aarhus Sønderhøj 30, 8260 Viby J

• Erhvervsakademi Aarhus Sønderhøj 7G, 8260 Viby J

• Erhvervsakademi Aarhus Ringvej Syd 104, 8260 Viby J

• Erhvervsakademi Aarhus Sønderhøj 11, 8260 Viby J

• Erhvervsakademi Aarhus Sønderhøj 9, 8260 Viby J

Based on the contracting authority's expectations, the total estimated value of the Agreement over its full term is 7,800,000 DKK excl. VAT. The volume is indicative only and is based on historical data, and therefore cannot be taken as an expression of a guaranteed, future turnover. Due to uncertainty in the estimation, particularly based on experiences with sudden changes in the building stock, the actual consumption may be up to 20% higher than the expected estimated value. This means that the maximum value of the Agreement over its full term (incl. options) is 9,360,000 DKK excl. VAT.
