The State Office for Refugee Affairs and Accommodation intends to award the operational services for the refugee accommodation at Soorstraße 83, 14050 Berlin. The operator is responsible for the administration of the accommodation, the reception and accommodation of persons assigned by the contracting authority, the social counselling and care of the assigned persons, the supply and management of the accommodation. The catering of the assigned persons is not the subject of the provision of services.
