The subject of the contract is the organisation and implementation of one-day, stationary training sessions for pre-school educators. The training sessions are carried out within the project “Integrated Programme for the Development of Talents and Key Competences in BOF Kindergartens” co-financed by the European Funds for Podlaskie 2021-2027, implemented with funds from the European Social Fund Plus. During the implementation of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to comply with - in the scope related to the implementation of the contract - the relevant legal regulations of the European Union, including in particular the rules on the eligibility of expenditure, the protection of personal data (GDPR) and the horizontal principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities. 2. The contract is divided into 12 parts. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract within each part (I - XII) is contained in Annex No. 1a to SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ). 4. The conditions for the implementation of the contract are specified in the contract project - Annex No. 6 to SWZ.
