Poland – Front-end shovel loaders – ZGOK/PN/29/2026 - Dostawa w formie długoterminowego wynajmu fabrycznie nowej ładowarki teleskopowej do ZUOK w Olsztynie

1. The subject of the contract is the supply in the form of a long-term lease of one brand-new telescopic loader, with a year of manufacture not earlier than 2026. 2. The loader supplied by the Contractor will be used to work with municipal waste in accordance with the characteristics of the waste industry. 3. The subject of the contract will be delivered to the address of the Purchaser: ul. P. Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn. 4. In accordance with Article 5a of Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine, it is prohibited to perform a public contract with the involvement of subcontractors, suppliers or entities, on whose capacity the Contractor relies in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU, in the event that their share exceeds 10% of the value of the contract. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 1 to the SWZ entitled Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), in the Technical Specification of the Loader (Annex 4 to the SWZ) and in the Draft Contract Terms (Annex 2 to the SWZ). The parameters presented in the Description of the Subject of the Contract represent the minimum technical and quality standards expected by the Purchaser.
