The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement in accordance with § 21 VgV (group insurance contract) with an insurance company for the implementation of an occupational pension scheme (bAV) in the form of direct insurance in accordance with § 1b (2) BetrAVG for the employees of the Fischereihafen-Betriebsgesellschaft mbH (FBG) (single-partner agreement).
