The subject of the public contract is the provision of a Simulator for the Driver provided by the Supplier to the Contracting Authority in accordance with the specifications, so that the full functionality of the services is ensured in accordance with the purpose of the requested services, whereby the transfer of a portable simulator to the Contracting Authority for use for the period agreed in the framework order is explicitly part of the service, including the implemented software, whereby the Contracting Authority guarantees the acceptance of the service in the scope of 2 portable simulators including service and technical support.
