Netherlands – Relocation services – Verhuisdiensten Dordthuis

The contract involves the complete logistical and physical execution of the relocation of office furniture, workstations, and specialist components from various locations to the Dordthuis, the Achterom and the location for the Facilities and Real Estate department (van Baerleplantsoen 26, Dordrecht). The contract concludes with the sustainable disposal of all surplus materials and the delivery of the vacated locations empty or clean as a broom. - Project management and Consultancy: Drawing up a detailed step-by-step plan, risk analysis, weekly consultation with the project group and strategic advice on the logistical phasing. - Relocation Coordination: Operational management on the ground (both at source and destination locations), point of contact for employees and coordination with other facility disciplines. - Physical Relocation Movements: Office relocation: Approximately 1200 workstations, including furniture and personal belongings, spread across multiple locations. IT relocation: Disconnection, transport and (basic) connection of hardware (e.g. docking stations, screens, peripheral devices). Library: Relocation of approximately 1100 linear meters of information carriers while maintaining order and secure transport for confidential items. - Delivery of vacated buildings empty and/or clean: Cleaning the source locations, including the sustainable disposal or recycling of surplus waste material. All relocations from the source locations (partners within the Dordthuis: De Hellingen, Noordendijk, Stadskantoor, VVV/Dordrecht Marketing, Sliedrecht and the Library) to the respective destination locations (Dordthuis, Achterom and the location for the Facilities and Real Estate department) are considered as one integral project and are fully part of this tender.
