The building size is 2 697 brm2 and 2 472 kem2. The daycare operates as a daycare centre. For the evening and night care facilities, the building is classified as a care facility, otherwise, it is a normal daycare facility. The Paavola daycare will accommodate 10 care groups in the daycare, facilities for one group for evening/night and weekend use, and a service kitchen. The project will be implemented according to the client's plans, divided into a contract, where the main and subcontractors are in a direct contractual relationship with the client. The main contractor is responsible for the site management obligations.
