France – Meals-on-wheels services – PREPARATION ET PORTAGE DE REPAS A DOMICILE DES PERSONNES AGEES ET/OU HANDICAPEES

- Developing a meal plan and menus, taking into account dietary requirements, wishes and necessary nutritional values.

- Preparing meals in strict accordance with food hygiene rules.

- Packaging meals in suitable and labelled containers, compatible with microwave reheating (including for starters if necessary).

- Controlling hygiene at their own expense, including carrying out the microbiological self-checks required by regulation.

- Delivering meals to users' homes while maintaining the cold chain.

- Storing meals in the users' refrigerators and orally specifying reheating instructions for the meals, except in exceptional circumstances.

- Ensuring conviviality and vigilance over the physical and psychological state of the people delivered to, and liaising with the service in case of absence or concern.

- Alerting the seniors service.

- Transmitting weekly tallies and a summary of meals by user to the seniors service of the CCAS.

- Transmitting invoices on the software chosen by the CCAS.

- Conducting an annual evaluation of the satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the city of Sébastien.
