Belgium – Guard services – Marché portant sur des services de gardiennage pour Wallonie Bruxelles International (WBI) et l’Agence wallonne à l’Exportation et aux Investissements étrangers (AWEX)

The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to security services and notably includes: • The surveillance of buildings and the protection of the agents working therein; • The remote surveillance of buildings in accordance with the service programme as detailed in the section relating to technical requirements of the Special Technical Specification, hereinafter referred to as “STS”; • The opening and closing of building accesses, including the activation and deactivation of alarms; • The reception and identification of visitors; • The reception of parcels, services or supplies in the absence of an agent; • The operation of the telephone switchboard; • The conduct of security patrols outside the buildings on weekends, public holidays and days off; • Rapid intervention in the event of an alarm being triggered, whatever the cause, or in the event of a breakdown; • Contact with designated technical service providers in the event of any technical anomaly being detected in one of the buildings, and the drafting of the related report; • Regular information to the Contracting Authority on events observed during the performance of the services;
