The municipality of Leiden frequently needs traffic controllers to ensure the accessibility of the city, to guarantee traffic safety and to regulate visitor flows. The aim of this Procurement is to conclude a Framework Agreement for the deployment of traffic controllers who ensure good traffic management during planned works, events and emergencies. The requested deployment of traffic controllers is for both day and night work. Based on historical data and a forecast of the expected deployment over the coming years, an estimated Contract Value of € 540,250, - excl. VAT per year is estimated. The estimated contract value based on the maximum duration of the Framework Agreement amounts to € 2,161,200, - excl. VAT.
