The subject of the contract is the purchase of first aid supplies (hereinafter referred to as the commodity or goods) in accordance with the purchaser's needs, including the delivery of the purchased goods to the purchaser's locations, in accordance with the conditions and procedures set out in the public procurement documents. The purchaser has divided the current public procurement into parts. The bidder submits a tender according to their wish, either for one or all parts of the public procurement. The parts of the public procurement are: Part 1 – General procurement of first aid supplies; Part 2 – Procurement of specific first aid supplies.
