The market of Teisnach intends to undertake the comprehensive renovation of the multi-purpose hall in Kaikenrieder Straße, in order to fundamentally renew the aging building in terms of construction, energy and technology and to secure it as a future-proof, multi-functional sports and event venue. The following are planned in particular: the renewal and insulation of the building envelope, the replacement of windows and doors, the renovation of heating and electrical systems, and the modernisation of the sanitary and changing rooms. The following services will be awarded in stages:

- Basic services of the performance phases 2-9 for the building and interior design planning in accordance with § 34 para. 3 HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 1 in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI 2021

- Basic services of energy consulting: building physics - heat protection and energy balance according to ZVB-Wärme, version 2021
