Finland – Health and social work services – Ikääntyneiden yhteisöllisen asumisen hankinta

The Western Uusimaa well-being area (hereinafter also the Contracting Authority) invites applications for participation in the procurement of communal housing for the elderly. The Western Uusimaa well-being area procures communal housing for the elderly from private service providers, with the conditions for the procurement item and the application for participation described in more detail in the tender documentation. The service is procured for both Finnish- and Swedish-speaking Clients. Communal housing means housing arranged by the well-being area in accordance with Section 21b of the Social Welfare Act (1301/2014), in an accessible and safe housing unit, where the person has an apartment corresponding to their needs, and where residents are offered activities that promote social interaction. The estimated value of the procurement is 23,000,000 euros (VAT 0%). A more detailed description of the content of the procurement is provided in Annex 1.
