Egedal Municipality is procuring the supply, installation, commissioning, and subsequent service and maintenance of cold storage units for the municipality's care centres. The tender includes a complete emergency call solution, including equipment, software, integrations, training, warranty, support, service, and software updates. The following care centres are covered by the tender:

Care Centre Egeparken

Care Centre Damgårdsparken

Care Centre Porsebakken

The supply includes the replacement of existing cold storage units and the establishment of a comprehensive, operational solution at the covered locations.

The tender also includes options regarding additional equipment, expansions of the system, additional licences, integrations, training services, and other services, as further described in the tender documents.

Region Hovedstaden (future Region Østdanmark) is given the opportunity to utilise an option regarding the Day Centres on the terms outlined in the tender documents. Any utilisation of this option is at the region's own discretion and is not covered by Egedal Municipality's guaranteed take-up commitment.
