The subject of the contract is the selection of one or two investment service providers specialising in the management of transition operations, whose tasks will consist of:

1. managing, during the transition periods, one or more portfolios composed of financial instruments or cash that will be entrusted to them by the FRR;

2. executing, and, if necessary, receiving and transmitting for execution during the transition periods, buy or sell orders for financial instruments issued by asset managers. The transition periods refer to periods defined by the FRR during which investment or disinvestment operations of significant amounts will have to be carried out in order to set up a portfolio or to make cash and/or financial instrument contributions or withdrawals from an already established portfolio (including in the form of asset transfers from one portfolio to another).
