Germany – Construction work – Ausschreibung von Blitzschutzanlage, Dachfläche "Lufthafen" (Gewerk 446) für den Neubau des AKK

The AKK plans to carry out renovation work in the building "Lufthafen" at Bleickenallee 38 in Hamburg Altona. The "Lufthafen" was constructed in 2011 and expanded in 2018 with the addition of the North Wing 1st Floor extension, which was only provisionally fitted out and temporarily used for office purposes. The building is no longer in use. As part of the new construction measures for the I-Haus, the area of axes A-E on the 1st floor of the North Wing will initially be used as interim accommodation for part of the I-Haus replacement new build and converted into patient rooms. In parallel with these measures, further restructuring will be carried out in the ground floor of the North Wing and the 1st floor of the South Wing. After the completion of the I-Haus replacement new build and the discontinuation of interim use, the rooms will expand the capacity of clinical ventilation beds and will be used to meet the long-term increasing demand in this treatment and care area. The existing rooms and those gained through the renovation will be used for the medical care of patients with respiratory restrictions or respiratory diseases, some of whom require ventilation. The renovation work is to be carried out while maintaining ongoing hospital operations. The demolition and connection work must be carried out with this in mind.
