Creation of a Dynamic Procurement System "DBR - Cleaning of Electric Depots and Vehicles" (BKV Zrt. TD-305/25). The Contracting Authority requests the performance of cleaning and hygiene tasks for the electric vehicles, depots, and facilities it operates and maintains, according to the details specified in the call(s) for tenders sent during the DBR period. At the time of initiating the procedure, the Contracting Authority, as part of the procurement documents, requests the provision of the above services at the locations defined in the item list issued. The list is informative; the Contracting Authority reserves the right to change its content during the DBR period. Within the framework of the contract(s) to be concluded under the DBR, the Contracting Authority may typically order the following services:

a) regular cleaning services (daily/weekly/monthly tasks),

b) non-regular, optional cleaning services - ad-hoc cleaning services (other tasks necessitated by unforeseen reasons), - disinfection cleaning (offices, depots, warehouses, boiler houses, garages, etc.), - other, supplementary services (refilling of liquid soap, refilling of toilet paper, curtain cleaning, etc.)

During the implementation of the DBR, the Contracting Authority, pursuant to Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, provides the detailed technical description and contractual terms for the specific public procurements to be implemented in the system to the economic operators participating in the DBR simultaneously with the dispatch of the call for tenders.

The Contracting Authority draws attention to the provisions of Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.). The general expectations regarding the performance of the individual cleaning services are detailed in the technical description issued in the tendering phase, which is part of the procurement documents, as well as in the draft contract.
