France – Spectroscopy devices – Fourniture de systèmes actifs et passifs de mesure in situ de la fluorescence chlorophyllienne et de la réflectance des couverts végétaux, leur installation et leur mise en service sous forme d’un réseau multisites de mesure de proxy-détection pour l’ESE du CNRS

As part of a collaboration between the ESE and the LMD, the ESE is equipping itself with four in situ remote sensing instruments for the active and passive measurement of chlorophyll fluorescence and vegetation cover reflectance, named SILI-Fluo (Sun Induced and LED Induced Fluorescence), which will be used by both laboratories as part of their collaborative scientific projects. This is a lump-sum contract for all the services to be carried out in the contractual documents of the contract, divided as follows: • Firm lot (TF): Supply of an in situ remote sensing instrument for chlorophyll fluorescence of vegetation cover with its associated computer tools • Optional lot (T0): Supply of 3 in situ remote sensing instruments for chlorophyll fluorescence of vegetation cover with automated processing of all data. The services include at least: • For the firm lot: o Construction, delivery, installation and commissioning of a prototype (SILI-Fluo 1.1) o Testing and calibration of this prototype o Installation of this prototype at the experimental site of Barbeau-Fontainebleau o Supply of real-time monitoring and raw data processing computer tools. • For the optional lot: o Construction and commissioning of 3 instruments (SILI-Fluo 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3) o Testing and calibration of these instruments o Installation of these instruments on three ecosystem stations o Implementation of automated processing of all data from the measurement network. The services do not include the supply of raw materials, consumables and custom-made products. These will be provided by the ESE to the contractor. The detailed description of the services and their technical and functional specifications are set out in the special technical clauses document (CCTP) and its annexes. The budget allocated to the buyer for this contract is: • 67 000 euros VAT for the firm lot • 89 000 euros for the optional lot
