Based on the overall plan and approved scheme A for the renovation of Vangkildegård Section 16-003 in Hvalsø, the task is offered as total consultancy incl. tendering of the task in the main enterprise up to and including a 1-year follow-up. Vangkildegård Section 16-003 was constructed in 1978 in Hvalsø. There are 84 dwellings constructed as terraced houses and apartments. The overall plan was drawn up in 2020 and has since been revised and used as the basis for the preparation and approval of scheme A. The following works are included in scheme A: • New lightweight facades with better insulation • New windows and doors • Loft insulation • Inspection and maintenance of the existing roof covering • Improved ventilation • Repair of defects in masonry
