The subject of the contract is the Supply of SURGICAL DRESSES and other medical products. The subject of the contract has been divided into 10 parts (packages). The contractor may submit an offer for one, several or all parts of the contract. 1 Surgical Dressings – sterile 2 Sterile surgical gowns 3 Single-use kits 4 Hernia operation nets 5 Vascular prostheses 6 Surgical linen, bedding 7 Masks, caps 8 Various medical products (including for the gynaecological block) 9 Inguinal hernia operation nets 10 Various single-use covers. The description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1A (Price and product list), which is an integral part of the SWZ. NOTE: For package No. 3 – single-use kits, the description of the subject of the contract has been prepared in the annex, which has been described by the buyer – Package No. 3a.
