DB InfraGO AG plans to carry out the SPS Altenkirchen-Limburg project. This is a fast-track programme, or a kind of "mini" general renovation. The investment sum for this project is estimated at EUR 136 million. Approximately EUR 0.5 million has already been settled via an existing contract. The insurance contract now being tendered will replace the existing contract. A currently planned construction period until XX.XX.XXXX is anticipated. The insurance contract will commence after the completion of the tendering procedure with the date of the award following a currently existing preliminary cover. (Type M) The liability insurance coverage amount per claim is EUR 25,000,000 in total for personal, property, and financial losses, including the services from the environmental liability insurance. In the professional liability insurance, a separate coverage amount per claim of EUR 10,000,000 in total for property and financial losses is available. The aforementioned sums are tripled. The Extendend Maintenance in the construction and assembly insurance part amounts to 42 months. The subsequent liability in the liability insurance is 10 years, in the environmental liability and environmental damage insurance 5 years. The general deductible is at least EUR 25,000. The deductible is waived for personal injuries. In the professional liability insurance, the extended planning cover is included. As part of the extended planning cover, the deductible is EUR 100,000.
