Germany – Repair and maintenance services of security and defence materials – BG_1649_EU/26 - Werksinstandsetzung Kühlerbaugruppen des Systems TPz 1 Fuchs

The contract involves the in-plant maintenance of radiator assemblies of the TPz 1 Fuchs system. Bidders must take into account when submitting their tenders that the information on the respective lots is based solely on estimated requirements derived from historical values and may include any additional requirements (safety margin). The actual orders placed during the contract period may deviate from the quantities required for the respective supply numbers contained in a lot. In any case, the upper limit for the respective order is the total quantity (estimated requirement + safety margin) summarised in the relevant lot. This contract does not obligate the AG to place individual orders. The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends after 4 years. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends for any legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special termination right.
