The Spandau District Office of Berlin intends to expand the dining facilities of the Lynar Primary School. As no alternative site is available, the expansion must be carried out during ongoing operations. The subject of the present tender are the planning services (basic services) of phases 1 to 8 of the service spectrum Building Design according to HOAI as well as special services.
