Slovakia – Electrical power systems design services – Projektové činnosti pre stavbu „Inovácia vedenia V406 medzi Ružomberkom a ESt Liptovská Mara“

The subject of the contract is the execution of the work: Project and related activities necessary for the pre-project and project preparation and for the selection of the contractor for the implementation of the construction "Innovation of the V406 line between Ružomberok and ESt Liptovská Mara" including possible adjustments, resp. relocations of crossed 110 kV and 22 kV lines and linear infrastructure elements (pipelines, water pipes, cable and optical networks and others) as follows: 1.1 Ensuring project activities for the preparation of the building design for the construction "Innovation of the V406 line between Ružomberok and ESt Liptovská Mara" in the minimum scope: 1.1.1 preparation of the building design by an authorized project manager including related activities (preparation of a proposal for the placement of line poles as a basis for securing property rights of the site, longitudinal geodetic survey of the line, surveying of objects in the protection zone, marking of underground networks) in the scope necessary for the issuance of a decision on the building design for new linear constructions. When preparing the building design, cooperate with the contractor of engineering activities of the subject construction and with the resolver of the assessment of the impact of the construction on the living environment (EIA) of the subject construction in the sense of the law no. 24/2006 Z. z., i.e. respecting the measures and conditions arising from the Binding Statement from the investigative proceedings issued by the District Office of Ružomberok, Department of Environmental Care. 1.1.2 The documentation will be processed in the minimum scope in the sense of Annex No. 5, which is an inseparable annex to the Contract for Work. 1.2 Ensuring project activities for the preparation of the building project for the construction "Innovation of the V406 line between Ružomberok and ESt Liptovská Mara" in the minimum scope: 1.2.1 preparation of the building project by an authorized project manager including related activities in the scope necessary for the issuance of the conformity certificates and the verification certificate for the building project for new linear constructions: 1.2.1.1 geodetic documentation, marking of pole locations for the geologist, 1.2.1.2 documentation of the performance of engineering-geological survey, detailed geological survey, 1.2.1.3 documentation of possible adjustments, resp. relocations of crossed 110 kV and 22 kV lines, 1.2.1.4 calculations of hazardous and interference effects on low-voltage devices and pipelines, 1.2.1.5 preparation of an expert study with a calculation and evaluation of the predicted noise level, electrical and magnetic fields along the entire length of the line in relation to compliance with the hygienic limits given by the valid implementing legal regulation. The results will be reflected in the form of influencing the planned construction (e.g. influencing the height of the poles, possible adjustments of the line route) so that the operation of the proposed activity is in accordance with the hygienic limits, without the possible negative impact on the health status of the population, 1.2.1.6 projects of initiated investments (adjustments of signaling lines, nn, vn and vvn lines, pipelines and safety devices). 1.2.2 The documentation will be processed in the minimum scope in the sense of Annex No. 5, which is an inseparable annex to the Contract for Work. 1.3 Ensuring the preparation of project bases for the selection of the contractor of the construction "Innovation of the V406 line between Ružomberok and ESt Liptovská Mara" in the scope: 1.3.1 preparation of the execution project and the bill of quantities by an authorized project manager in the scope necessary for the selection of the contractor for the new linear construction. 1.3.2 The documentation for the selection of the contractor (without indication of intellectual property, subject to copyright and without written consent for its use) will contain at least: 1.3.2.1 structural drawings of pole constructions including extended legs and calculation of the dimensions of the bases, 1.3.2.2 precise determination of the bill of quantities (material and work) valued and unvalued, 1.3.2.3 drawings of insulator suspensions, ZL and KZL fastenings, 1.3.2.4 precise technical specifications and requirements for individual components: steel structure, insulators, wires, fittings, etc. with the indication of valid standards, 1.3.2.5 photographic documentation showing the actual situation of the intersections of the designed line with all engineering networks, clearings of individually growing trees, vineyards and others, which form obstacles when pulling conductors, ZL and KZL according to a clear list, resp. longitudinal profile on a CD carrier. 1.3.3 The documentation will be processed in the necessary scope required for the selection of the contractor for new linear constructions in the details of the execution project in the sense of Annex No. 5, which is an inseparable annex to the Contract for Work. 1.4 Works related to the implementation of the construction "Innovation of the V406 line between Ružomberok and ESt Liptovská Mara" in the scope: 1.4.1 Performance of project supervision by the project manager in the scope in the sense of Annex No. 5, which is an inseparable annex to the Contract for Work. 1.5 The subject of the contract according to points 1.1 and 1.2 is not the preparation of the project of access roads, the project of deforestation, the project of reclamations, the project of compensatory planting and the documentation of dendrological survey and related activities. This project documentation will be ensured by the contractor of engineering activities of the construction.
