Romania – Microbiological cultures – Acord-cadru de furnizare reactivi și consumabile specifice pentru analizoarele și echipamentele periferice din dotarea Laboratorului de Microbiologie

Supply of specific reagents and consumables for the analyses and peripheral equipment of the Microbiology Laboratory's endowment in accordance with the TASK BOOK, through the conclusion of a Framework Agreement - 48 months with economic operators whose admissible offer will be ranked in positions 1, 2, 3 in the ranking drawn up on the basis of the award criterion mentioned at point II.2.5 of the Procurement File. Attention! The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/ additional information that have been addressed within the period provided for in the invitation to participate, by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications. The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarification/ additional information that have not been addressed within the period stipulated above.
