The municipality of Oberstreu plans to build an extension to the kindergarten with a children's canteen and to expand the nursery places at the existing kindergarten in Oberstreu. ● The measures in the existing structure should be limited to renovation and refurbishment work in the interior, with the exception of the direct connection of the extension, including the replacement of floor, wall and ceiling coverings and claddings. ● The estimated construction costs (cost groups 300 – 600) are currently estimated at approximately 1,38 million euros, gross, according to a first rough cost estimate. ● A detailed description can be found in the tender documents - Annex 01 (Description of Measures).
