Austria – Expert witness services – BAI0.PEN303.04 Gänserndorf (a) - Staatsgrenze n. Bernhardsthal; Streckenausbau (Phase 3); Bau - G31180 Nordbahn/Nord - Prüfung gem. §34b EisbG (HA + Option)

The tender covers the necessary services required under §34b (EisbG) as part of the "Streckenausbau Nordbahn – Abschnitt Nord" project. The aim is to produce a comprehensive examination in accordance with §34b EisbG to obtain the operating permit from the competent authority. The main contract's inspection services include the findings for lots 2025 - 2027 (NH1.0, NU1.0, NH1.1 and NU1.1). (see project description) The inspection services in the option include the findings as well as the creation of partial inspection certificates for the subsequent lots, and an overall inspection certificate for the entire northern section of the Nordbahn. All lots include work in the areas of substructure, superstructure, signalling and safety technology, telematics, 50Hz, overhead line, building construction, acoustic technology, geotechnics, hydraulic engineering as well as further project-specific measures.
