The Municipality of Wankendorf intends to strengthen, ensure and adapt the infrastructure for basic public services as a central rural location for itself and for the surrounding areas, and to meet future needs and challenges. To this end, the municipality has been included in the urban development funding programme "Small Towns and Municipalities - Intermunicipal Cooperation and Networks" (KSG), which was transferred to the new "Vital Centres" (LZ) programme as of 01.01.2020. This tender aims to find a redevelopment agency that will take on the tasks assigned to it by the municipality for the preparation and implementation of the redevelopment measure in accordance with § 157 BauGB.
