The scope of the order includes the launch and implementation of a platform enabling the creation of websites in the Municipality of Lublin, along with data migration and technical support services.

1.1. The platform consists of 7 instances:

1.1.1. Lublin City Office;

1.1.2. Auxiliary Units of the Municipality of Lublin;

1.1.3. Bulletin of Public Information of the Lublin City Office with the Electronic Bulletin Board of the Lublin City Office;

1.1.4. Intranet;

1.1.5. Bulletin of Public Information of the Units of the Municipality of Lublin;

1.1.6. Other Units of the Municipality of Lublin;

1.1.7. Educational Units of the Municipality of Lublin.

1.2. The subject of the order includes:

1.2.1. pre-implementation analysis;

1.2.2. delivery of the System and implementation of the first instance of the Lublin City Office;

1.2.3. implementation of the remaining 6 instances of the System;

1.2.4. user training (administrators and editors);

1.2.5. provision of technical support services for the Platform.
