Maintenance and conservation of roads, pavements, walls, bollards and railings in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, including roads (paved or unpaved), bike lanes, pavements, squares, pedestrian areas, walls, railings, bollards and any other infrastructure located on municipal land within the municipal term of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria that is not under the management of another Management Unit. All construction techniques will be carried out to ensure that the layout and arrangement of each of the elements endure and consolidate over time as originally conceived, as well as contributing to the enhancement and improvement of the ornamental value of the elements that comprise it, taking into account the intended public use.
