Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open House Biologika Rabattverträge 2026 - 16 Epoetin theta

The TK aims to conclude discount contracts pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Epoetin theta. The contract will be concluded within the framework of the TK's Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract content will not be conducted, uniform conditions will apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months, beginning on 01.07.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 30.06.2028, regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
