The objective of the tender is to provide the services of the Landessportverband Schleswig-Holstein e.V. to the member clubs and the associated federations in a user-friendly digital platform to the greatest extent possible, in order to reduce administrative effort. Core components are a CRM system with a document management system/filing, form server and workflow engine. The task of the future service provider is to provide such a portal solution in a functional manner, to support the Landessportverband Schleswig-Holstein e.V. on its path to digitalisation and the use of the portal solution, to carry out the migration of existing documents and data and to operate the portal. This includes maintenance and care services as well as further development in accordance with the criteria catalogue and this specification.
