The financial instrument is structured as a Portfolio Guarantee with a Loss Coverage Cap, partially covering the risk of loss on the Financing provided to Final Beneficiaries by the Financial Intermediary in accordance with the terms of the Technical Specification and the Guarantee Agreement. The resource for the financial instrument is provided by the Programme "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" 2021-2027 in accordance with the allocation indicated in the section "Resource of the Financial Instrument" of the Technical Specification.
