Germany – Fire station construction work – Planung und schlüsselfertige Errichtung des Neubaus einer Ortsfeuerwehr mit Grundausstattung in Wolthausen und der Schwerpunktfeuerwehr in Winsen Aller inkl. Außen- und Freianlagen

Construction of a main fire station in Winsen (Aller) and a local fire station with basic equipment in Wolthausen on already available plots. The buildings, which consist of a vehicle hall and operationally necessary uses such as workshop, storage and changing areas, should also have an administrative and training area, as well as outdoor facilities for vehicles and training areas. In this context, two modern functional fire stations with a usable area of approximately 1,850 + 420 m² will be created on the approximately 13,000 + 2,000 m² plots. The space program includes, in addition to the 12 + 2 parking spaces, workshop areas, rooms for the youth fire brigade, as well as necessary office, social and teaching rooms. In addition, the outdoor facilities, including all the parking areas required in case of alarm, entrances and exits, as well as areas for extinguishing and rescue exercises, are to be planned and constructed. The contractor will carry out the planning and construction of the project.
