Montargisenergies is responsible for the execution of the public service delegation contract for the Orléans heating network. As part of delegated project management agreements, when dedicated companies have been created, DALKIA has been entrusted with the implementation of the heat transport and distribution network works planned in these public service delegation contracts. It is under these conditions that the company DALKIA has launched a tender to select contractors with the necessary skills and qualifications, related to the handling of skids and their hydraulic connections for the urban heating public services operated by Montargisenergies on the Montargis network.
