Finland – Repair and maintenance services of security equipment – Jätehuollon turvatekniikan huolto- ja ylläpitopalvelut 2026

The subject of the procurement is the maintenance and support services for the security systems of the facilities managed by the Helsinki Metropolitan Area Council (HSY). In addition, the subject of the procurement is the development of HSY's camera surveillance system (Milestone XProtect Corporate) and the implementation of related server and user interface components so that the system supports multiple sites, centralized management, and site-specific operational reliability. The service is provided to two units of HSY's Waste Management: Area and Treatment Services. A more detailed description of the maintenance and support services as well as the implementation of the Camera Surveillance System's federation model and web/mobile service is provided in the appendices Procurement Description (Appendix 6) and Service Description (Appendix 5). One supplier will be selected as the contract partner. The estimated start date of the contract is 1.12.2026 and it is valid until further notice. The lists of targets contain confidential information, which is why they are not published with the tender documents. The lists of targets will be delivered to the bidders upon their separate information request by email. The information request must be submitted by email to [email protected]. The information request must be sent before the deadline for tenders and must be accompanied by a completed confidentiality agreement.
