France – Multi-dwelling buildings construction work – MARCHÉ GLOBAL DE PERFORMANCE POUR LA RÉHABILITATION DE DEUX BÂTIMENTS SIS 3 RUE DU CAPITAINE BOSSARD ET 1 RUE PAUL DOUMER - ASNIERES SUR SEINE

Hauts-de-Seine Habitat is undertaking an energy and heritage rehabilitation operation of the Paul Doumer and Capitaine Bossard residences in Asnières-sur-Seine. The operation aims to improve the energy performance of the buildings, the comfort of the occupants, the quality of use of the housing and common areas, as well as the architectural enhancement of the entire property. The project concerns two buildings constructed in 1933, with 5 floors above ground, totalling 156 housing units. The works will be carried out on an occupied site and will require adapted organisation to ensure the maintenance of housing usage conditions, control of nuisances and regular information of tenants throughout the duration of the operation. The contract is awarded in the form of a Global Performance Contract integrating design, implementation and operation-maintenance services with energy performance commitments.
